* Itaú won the award of best proceeding in Bank Report 2016 for applying Design Sprint as a methodology to reduce time to implement ideas. This award is a collective achievement resulting from the work and effort of many areas.

Long story short 

In 2014, I organized and facilitated the first sprint design in the bank. 

2 days after the DS, I defended the methodology in front of the directive board and received the mission to evangelize the methodology at the institution.

I ran a few DS with changing the variables trying to find out the best format to replicate in the bank.(too broad, too narrow, lots of people, few people, more time) 

After 6 months, I prepared all material and started to taught the methodology inside the bank
